WEST COAST EAGLES PLAYER VISIT
Early in May we were fortunate to get two West Coast Eagles players down to Youth Training on Tuesday Night. Jarrad Oakley-Nicholls and Lewis Broome took the 13's and 14's players through a drill they do down at Eagles training. Our boys had their opportunity to show our AFL guests just how slick their skills were. The Year 5 team who were training joined in for the chat at the end of training where both Jarrad and Lewis talked about their dreams to play AFL from a young age and how they had great support from their families to start the road to achieving their dreams. Jarrad encouraged all the boys to work hard to achieve their goals, whether it be sport or in school. We all enjoyed a few laughs with a few interesting questions being fired at Jarrad and Lewis. We wish these young AFL rookies all the best for their future in AFL and we certainly enjoyed having them down at Baysie, thanks boys!!
